What to Expect

Our window cleaning technicians will arrive on time or provide communication on delays or early arrivals. If you are home, we will greet you at the door and communicate the service to be provided beforehand. Typically, we will remove and clean the screens on the exterior, then clean your windows starting outside and moving inside. Once we have completed the process, you will be notified, and payment will be collected. It is a painless process for you, the client, to sit back and watch the outside beauty of Tucson come into better view.

We guarantee you will be happy with your windows or we will make it right. Please bring any issues or concerns you have to our attention, and we will address them. We want you to be completely satisfied and feel that your service experience was more than worth what you paid for it. We guarantee to treat you and your home with the utmost respect.

If it rains within 5 days of your cleaning service, and you have windows that you think became dirty again because of the rain, we will come out and clean those affected windows for free. No need to cancel if you see rain in the forecast. We will let you know at the time of service if the rain is too much for our technicians to clean safely, but typically rain after a cleaning does not leave rain spots as the windows are now clean, and so is the rain!

screen repair/rescreening

We offer on-site rescreening of most window screens that typically need repairs. The Arizona sun can be brutal and really take a toll on your screens. It is important to keep them looking beautiful and functional. Screens help keep your windows clean, critters out of your home, and allow fresh air in on those nice days. We are happy to add this service to your window cleaning.

Frequency of service

We typically recommend our residential customers have their windows cleaned twice a year, inside and out. Quarterly cleanings are available to keep the outsides spotless between the 6 month appointments. Part of having a clean healthy home and living space includes clean windows, something often overlooked in home care and maintenance.

Contactless service

If there is any health concerns or you happen to not be at home at the time of service, we can typically clean the exterior of your home without you being present. Additionally, we offer fully contactless payment and invoice options for your convenience.
